At EORTC, we believe cancer research must reflect the real world.

That means designing trials that within the scope of our research, include everyone, optimising treatments to reduce side effects and improve long-term quality of life and offering hope to those who’ve been told there are no options left.

This year, thanks to the incredible support of our donors and partners, we’ve made meaningful progress in:

• Rare cancer research — addressing the unique challenges of patients with limited access to trials and new therapies;
• Inclusive clinical trials — ensuring research reflects the diversity of those affected by cancer;
• Treatment optimisation — tailoring care to patients’ needs, reducing toxicity, and improving outcomes.

But we have so much more to do. Patient-centred and focussed, our campaign also recognises the incredible community that stands behind them: donors, patient advocates, and people like you.
