To mark the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on 11February, EORTC’s Senior Clinical Operations Manager Lieve Dirix, participated at a lunch at KU Leuven to discuss how equity in science can be improved.

EORTC had a lot to celebrate on the day as over 70% of our staff are women. We are proud of achievements of our female colleagues who are represented at every level of the organisation including as scientists, clinicians and research fellows.  In fact, over 70% of the 2024-25 ECRF educational Fellowships have been awarded to women.
